We are planning a 4 night trip in April '14 with 2 adults and twin 7 year olds. We signed up for the Disney Dining, so the basic lodging, food and tix are paid. I am now trying to figure what I should budget for spending money in the park.

    Hi Tracie!

I'm so excited that you'll be heading to Walt Disney World!  Having those major expenses taken care of and paid for is such a relief!

Budgeting for spending money is always a tricky thing.  I'd always go with $15-20 a person per day.  If you plan on letting your girls pick out something special each day, then you'll probably have to increase that amount, or do what I do and carry over from my or my husband's 'allowance' as they very rarely get used.  Also, any money not used for one day is 'banked' to the following day, so it's available to use.

Loading their spending money on Disney Gift Cards is also a great option as well!

    Have a magical vacation!
