Hi there, Kina!
Ahoy and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Your Very Merrytime Christmas Cruise is just around the corner and I am so excited for you and your family! My family is also headed onboard a Disney Cruise Line ship (the Disney Wonder) for our own Christmas at sea, so I COMPLETELY understand the excitement you must be feeling! Our vacation just can’t get here soon enough!
While onboard activities and entertainment are always subject to change, formal night is scheduled for Night Two and semi-formal night is scheduled for Night Five, which also happens to be Christmas Day. The always fun
Pirate Night is scheduled for Night Six so be sure you have your pirate garb packed and ready to go for that exciting onboard fun! It has been a few years since I have spent the holidays with Captain Mickey, but from my experience, there was a special Christmas Dinner menu at dinner service on Christmas Day as well as caroling and festive activities throughout Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. There will also be scheduled religious services onboard and more information on those can be found once onboard on the
Navigator app.
Your
Very Merrytime voyage will be filled with lots of festive activities and entertainment throughout the entire voyage that you won’t want to miss out on! In fact, a fellow panelist, Nancy W., is currently onboard the Disney Fantasy and suggested that I plan matching holiday pajamas for my family as she is noticing a lot of Guests taking fun photos in matching pajamas – with Santa Claus, with Captain Mickey and around the ship!
Kina, I wish you a Happy Holiday with many magical memories made!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
