Planning our next visit...deciding between the last week of Oct 2016 or Jan/Feb 2017. When is the best time to visit? Our girls have Fall break in Oct, but we may be willing to take them out of school if Jan/Feb is a better time. Thoughts, please?

    Hello, Tara!

Don't you just LOVE planning Walt Disney World vacations?!  The process is so much fun, and it just builds the excitement for an unforgettable vacation with your family.

From my experience, I would most definitely recommend going during the last week of October.  There are two main reasons why I would choose these dates.

    1.  Your family would be able to experience the happy haunts at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!  My five kids LOVE this event, and I know your girls would as well. Mickey's Boo-to-You Parade and Happy HalloWishes fireworks display is absolutely spook-tacular! Your whole family will also come home with tons of candy as you trick-or-treat around Magic Kingdom.

    2.  One of my favorite and most unique events happening at Epcot during the fall is called Epcot Food and Wine Festival! Your family will love walking around World Showcase tasting incredible food and beverages from all 11 countries.  Your family can also dance the night away during the Eat to the Beat concert series that are performed during the festival.

I sure hope this helps you make your decision! If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
