I am planning our next trip and was wondering which building in POR is closest to bus transport. And has royal guestrooms ...

    HI Elizabeth!

Port Orleans Riverside is a wonderful resort.  It is my favorite Disney Moderate Resort and won an informal vote on the Walt Disney World Moms Panel for favorite Disney Moderate Resort.  Be sure to take the boat to Downtown Disney from there; it's especially fun and relaxing at night!

I suggest not putting in a building and or room request based on a number.  Instead I would put in a request that states you want to be in the room closest to a bus stop.  The phrase is more important than an actual building or room number.  That's because if that building and/or room number is not available, then the Disney Cast Member working on your room request doesn't really understand what was important to you.  Maybe the actual room number was because you stayed there before or something.  But if you use the phrase "room closest to a bus stop" then the Disney Cast Member knows exactly what you want and you have a much better chance of getting a room that will make you happy!

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
