    Hello, Clara,

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  The BOATHOUSE  at Disney Springs is an incredible restaurant that many guests find themselves wanting to return to as soon as they can.  I was a vegetarian for many years, and I always had incredible success finding meatless dining options when I visited Walt Disney World.  In fact, if I didn't like the options on the menu, I would mention that to my server.  Sometimes, the chef would be able to prepare something off-menu.

At the BOATHOUSE, there are the following meatless options:  Caesar Salad, Garden Salad, Vegetables & Pappardelle Pasta, BOATHOUSE Pimento Cheese with corn chips and pickles, Mac 'N Cheese, and Baked Potatoes. While I tried to avoid fish, I did sometime opt for pesco-vegetarian entrees, and the BOATHOUSE  has many, many different seafood and fish entrees.

You may also want to do an internet search for the article Being a Vegetarian Family in Walt Disney World at the independent website bump-to-baby.com.  You'll find a nice post about this family's experience eating as vegetarians at the BOATHOUSE that I think will be helpful to read.

If we can help with any further questions, please let us know.  Wishing you a Delightfully Disney Day! -Kara
