    We are planning our next trip for October 2013, do you think there is a good chance to get free Disney dining plan for my dates 22 to 30?

    I wish I had the power to tell you definitely yes, but the best answer is, historically speaking, it's been available the past several years.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!  I know what a huge deal the promotion is, as we've traveled on it many times!
