I am planning our next trip in March and was wondering if I can use Disney rewards points to pay for dining at the restaurants that will take 10% off with Disney visa and still get the 10% off.

March will be here before you know it!

According to the Vacation Perks at Disney World on the Disney Visa website, you are eligible to receive a 10% discount on meals at almost 20 different Walt Disney World restaurants when you pay with your Disney Visa or your Disney Rewards Redemption Card from your rewards points. Make sure that you mention the benefit--you never know if a cast member may not be aware of it. Don't count on it to be automatically deducted: cast members bring lots of pixie dust but aren't mind readers. At a restaurant like Jiko or Flying Fish, this discount could be significant. so you may want to plan your dining locations accordingly.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
