I am planning our next trip in February 2012 and trying to decide if pools are a valid factor in our resort decision. We were thinking of a half a day at the pool the day we arrive. Is this realistic for the first week in Feb?

Hello, Steven! Welcome to the Moms Panel! Weather is so unpredictable and the one topic area that we moms here on the Moms Panel cannot give a definite answer for. With that being said, Disney keeps their resort pools at a constant 82 degrees year round. You will enjoy the pools, but it all depends on what happens after you get out of the pool. If it is a little cool, just have your towels ready! Trust me when I say that I have seen people in the pools from the coldest to the warmest times of year. Well, what I am really trying to say is that you will not get any strange looks due to the weather. Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel. Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up. We are always ready to help our guests plan the vacation of a lifetime. May your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation be filled many new and MAGICAL memories! ~Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON"!~
