Hello Kathe! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
While many Guests are focussed on the Casual Dining Menus at
Gasparilla Island Grill and the
Grand Floridian Cafe, I applaud your research and concur that the menu at
Beaches Pool Bar does look appealing. I feel like I missed out on a fine dining experience when I stayed at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa a couple of years back. My mouth is watering just thinking about Lobster Sliders!
Based on your inquiry, I am sure you are concerned about the Walt Disney World Resort Policy that states that onsite pools are restricted for Guests staying at that particular Resort Hotel. As far as I can see, that rule applies to Guests swimming in the pool and not the Dining Locations associated with the pool itself. Dining Locations at Resort Hotels are available to all Guests and not strictly those staying at that Resort.
If you are concerned about the process, simply speak with a Cast Member at the Front Desk or around the pool area and I am sure they will do all they can to accommodate your request, especially if you are unable to access the pool area as your MagicBand will be restricted to accessing the amazing
Stormalong Bay Pool Area at Disney's Beach Club Resort.
Bon Appétit!
