We are planning to come next month in April. What is the best way to get to Contemporary Resort from Port Orleans Riverside? We want to have breakfast at Chef Mickey's and then head to Epcot afterwards.

Hi, Patrick! My dad's name is Patrick, so I feel a kinship with you already.

I like your approach of roping in Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary before connecting to Epcot via monorail. The quickest way to get there from Port Orleans would be to grab a cab (not a cabbie - that's inappropriate.) It'll take you about 10 minutes and cost you about $15.

Your other option would be taking the bus from Port Orleans to Magic Kingdom and then walking or monorailing over to the Contemporary. This could take you about an hour, and depending on the time of your breakfast, might not be a feasible option.

Your call, dude. I'd recommend grabbing the cab.
