We are planning our next Disney vacation for May 2019. I know that I can book our room up to 499 days out of expected arrival but how does that coincide with any promotions or special packages that are released? Am I able to modify my pricing at that time?

    Dear Anne-Marie,

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your terrific question about planning ahead for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

I also love to plan ahead, which you probably could have guessed! I will sometimes book my Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation way ahead of time, like you are suggesting, and then keep an eye out for Special Offers as I get closer.

If as you get closer you find a Special Offer that appeals to you more than your current reservation, you can give a call to the friendly Cast Members at 1(407) 939-5277 and they will be able to assist you to change your reservation and apply the Special Offer.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
