I am planning out our next Disney vacation for February 2019 and had a question regarding the QS dining plan: Are child and adult credit separated? If my child wants to eat an adult entree even if a kid's meal available, can he? I

    Hello Marcie!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am excited to see that you are planning your 2019 adventure to the Walt Disney World Resort. I am also an advanced planner and just love sprinkling my days with pixie dust until it’s time to go on our vacation!

The Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan is so convenient. There are amazing casual dining locations where you can redeem your entitlements. Each Guest in your party will receive per night of your stay 2 Quick-Service meals and 2 snacks. Each meal consists of 1 entrée and 1 non-alcoholic beverage (or alcoholic for Guests 21 and older). I usually use my snack credits for breakfast, and the quick-service meals for lunch and dinner.

Marcie, please note that children ages 3 to 9 must order from a children’s menu where available, but if that is not an option at your chosen dining location, then your child may order from the other available entrées.

Moms Panel tip: did you know that you can now take advantage of Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering during your visit? Place your order in advance at select quick-service locations using the My Disney Experience mobile app and have more time to enjoy your day!

I hope this helps you while planning! Please stop by real soon if you have additional questions.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
