    We are planning our next Disney trip for OCT 2016 to celebrate our Daughters 3rd Birthday, hoping to plan around FREE dining plan dates, Have they released the dates for oct of 2016 yet? And if so, how do I book it? We've never used the dining plan before.

    Although the 2016 room rates and vacation packages were released this past June, usually Special Offers & Deals for Walt Disney World are released only a few months prior. As a frugal Mom who is always on the lookout to save money whenever I am planning my next vacation I like to look up historical dates of past release for special offers at Walt Disney World. I personally like to do a search for "Historical Discounts for Walt Disney World" using the website MouseSavers.com to help me decide upon my plans. Although past performance does not indicate what will occur in the future it can never hurt to attempt to coincide your vacation with hope of securing a special offer or deal.

    Once I have settled upon my family's vacation dates I make a Walt Disney World Reservation.  Since my family is a big fan of the Disney Dining Plan(s), I most often make our reservation for a vacation package which includes our Resort hotel room, theme park tickets, and Disney Dining Plan. After my reservations are set I then keep an eye on the Special Offers & Deals (link at the top) and cross my fingers that a special offer will be released in the future which could apply to our vacation dates. If I find one which can save me money I call the phone number listed in this page for Disney Resort hotel reservations as quickly as possible to see if the offer can be applied to my existing reservation.
