    We are planning NewYears at Disney World. We are quite interest in the dessert & champagne reserved seating for the illuminations fireworks show. Where can I buy ticket for that??Are any dinning package offered to people NOT staying at a Disney Hotels

    You'll be ringing in 2016 in a perfect place; imagine all the unforgettable moments you'll have to start of the new year with!  The IllumiNations Sparkling Dessert Party can be booked online; however, I did notice that the online booking is currently only available through 12/30/2015.  You may want to call Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE to inquire about its availability on New Year's Eve. If it isn't being offered, there is a special New Year's Eve Buffet at Epcot this year, which you may be a nice alternative. These reservations can also be made by calling (407) WDW-DINE. 

    Also, thank you for the question about the Disney Dining Plans, which can be a great way to save money while at Walt Disney World. However, they are only available to guests staying at a Disney resort.
