The planning is nearly complete! I just have to tackle the order in which we take on each park! I know it's important to have a park itinerary but I don't want to plan too much! It seems like a fine line?! Hints on keeping our vacation a vacation? :).

    Hello, Jordan,

It's funny, but to me planning a WDW trip is nearly as fun as the trip itself.  Even with many trips behind us, I still really enjoy the anticipation of each trip and the new things we'll be trying as well as returning to our favorites.

One of my favorite hints at keeping our vacation still a vacation is an incredible website:  www.touringplans.com.  It truly does the planning for you by offering information on which specific dates to visit parks and to avoid them; wait times for attractions; and most importantly, over 100 well-planned itineraries for guests to use to keep your waits in line as short as possible while seeing as much as possible.  And if you have a smart phone, they even have an app.  Just open (or print) the itinerary that best matches your needs for the day and just follow it step by step.  Super easy!

I should note that there is a small fee for this service, but one that I think is worthwhile.  These folks truly know their stuff and have researched everything throughly.  They don't offer any advice without having thoroughly tested it out themselves first.

Congratulations on being at the final stages of your trip planning.  Next step, the trip!  Have a great time, and please let us know if we can help again.
