Hi, Genea!
I’m SO thrilled for your upcoming mother-daughter trip to Walt Disney World Resort! I can’t think of anything more magical than getting this special one-on-one time with your little princess.
I recently had the pleasure of touring
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, and I can guarantee that your daughter (and you) will love it! The family suites are spacious and perfectly-themed, featuring Disney classics like
Finding Nemo and
The Little Mermaid. I loved the detailed courtyards and the Big Blue Pool, which is the largest resort pool in Walt Disney World Resort! As for dining, Landscape of Flavors, located near the lobby, features five food shops offering diverse options.
Once you’re settled in and ready to hit the theme parks, there are plenty of healthy restaurant options. My fellow Moms Panel friends Jessica and Julie shared their top picks with me:
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park: Satu’li Canteen
Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Anaheim Produce
Epcot: Teppan Edo, Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, Sunshine Seasons, Tangierine Café
Magic Kingdom Park: Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café
I’d suggest spending two days at Magic Kingdom Park, and one day at each of the other parks. Your daughter will absolutely love all
the princess magic at Magic Kingdom Park, so you’ll want to devote the majority of your time there! Check out the magical makeovers offered at the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for a royal treat!
I hope this information helps you plan your dream Disney getaway!
