Planning a mother/daughter trip as a graduation gift next November. We are seasoned Disney travelers but have never gone in November. We're thinking the week after Thanksgiving or the week after that. What are your thoughts on those two options?

    Hi Lynn,

A mother/daughter trip will be a wonderful graduation gift with memories that you'll both cherish!

I would absolutely recommend your second choice. It allows the Thanksgiving crowds to clear out but gets you to Walt Disney World before the Christmas holiday crowds arrive.

You'll find less crowds in more theme parks by holding off until the second week after Thanksgiving.

Wishing you both a memorable vacation!
