Not-so-scary greetings, Bethni, and from one Tennessee Disney fan to another, welcome to planDisney where there's always room for one more question. Your trip is just a few weeks away, and I bet you can practically taste all the candy you'll be collecting from the trick-or-treat stops during
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. But first, we have to get you there. Thanks for asking your question.
You can certainly use a ride share service from your hotel to
Disney Springs. However, getting from Disney Springs to Magic Kingdom for the party is the tricky part since you're staying offsite. Complimentary Disney
Bus and
Water Transportation from Disney Springs is exclusively available to Guests with a
Disney Resort hotel, dining or experience reservation. This means you won't be able to use the complimentary transportation from Disney Springs to a Disney Resort hotel for transfer to Magic Kingdom.
You do have some options, though. Once you're ready to leave Disney Springs and head to the party, you can grab another ride share service to the Transportation & Ticket Center for transfer to Magic Kingdom. Another option is to take the
Disney Minnie Van Service through the Lyft app, which can drop you off at Magic Kingdom, no transfer needed. I've used this service a few times, and it's such a cute and fun way to treat yourself with a quick and convenient Minnie Mouse themed ride.
Once you've arrived to the party, grab your wristband, park map and treat bag so you'll be ready for the fun. Your event ticket allows admission beginning at 4 PM, which gives you an extra three hours to enjoy the park before the party officially starts. Other than trick-or-treating, my top two priorities that aren't to be missed are the
Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade, held twice nightly (the gravediggers are my favorite) and
Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, the Halloween fireworks display at the party (watch for Jack Skellington in front of the castle).
