Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of my favorite Special Events. I typically do a subtle Disneybound instead of a full-on costume, so I commend you for going all out! It sounds like you've done your homework, but I still recommend looking over the
Property Rules and
Costume Guidelines before your visit.
As for temporary hair color, I chatted with an eerily friendly Cast Member who said your best bet is to apply it before you arrive at the theme park. These types of sprays are typically flagged at security, and I'd hate for you to miss out on the crowning touch to your ensemble. My tip is to arrive with your hair brightly colored to match your daytime outfit, too!
I'm attending the party next month, and I have a confession: I have no idea what I'm going to wear! You've inspired me to start combing through my closet for ideas. And who knows? Maybe I'll choose something that requires purple locks!
