Hi there, Jon, and welcome to planDisney.
It sounds like you have a pretty magical trip in the works this spring. I love visiting Walt Disney World in the month of May. The weather is usually so pleasant, the feeling of spring is in the air, and you'll find the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in full bloom.
First, I'm so happy to hear you have a reservation for royal dining at
Cinderella's Royal Table. There's nothing like stepping into the formal dining room for the first time—a truly magical moment!
So, let's talk about your question about another special moment: a first haircut at
Harmony Barber Shop. I'm sorry to hear that there were no reservations available on the date you were looking for. I double-checked and was unable to find a reservation either. Keep in mind that other Guests occasionally cancel reservations so, I recommend checking back in case an opening becomes available.
Jon, you'll find a limited number of walk-in appointments available each day. I recommend arriving at Magic Kingdom at the opening and heading straight to the shop first thing, as these walk-in appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. There will likely be a line of other families looking to do the same, so make sure to wake up bright and early for "rope drop" to maximize your chances of securing a walk-in reservation. I am waving my magic planDisney wand that you'll be able to secure the reservation you're looking for!
Whether you plan on spending your magical day watching a parade, snacking on a DOLE Whip, or ending your evening watching Tinker Bell fly from the top of Cinderella Castle during
Happily Ever After, I hope you're magical day is full of smiles, laughs, and memories to last lifetime! Please visit us here at planDisney anytime. We're here to help with a sprinkle of pixie dust!
Wishing you a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!
