Planning on MK on 12/22. Want to take advantage of 8 am EMH but want to see fireworks at 10 pm as well. Kids 6 and 9. How do we see all of the magic and not have cranky kids? Leaving/reentering the park midday possible that time of year? Thanks!

    Hi there Susan!

That is going to be a very long day if you start out for Extra Magic Hours and want to finish with Wishes. I can't say that we haven't done it though and it really depends on your kids. I highly recommend that if you are planning to have the kids out all day, definitely bring a stroller. Having a stroller will help them out and should keep them nice and refreshed. I know a nine year old in a stroller is pushing it, but I'd rather have them in good spirits than head spinning mad. You could also go early in the morning then head out at  lunch time for a few hours. You could take a nice nap then return bright-eyed and bushy tailed to ride all of the rides at Magic Kingdom. I say keep the kids happy and they will reward you with sweetness!

Thank you so much for asking the Moms Panel! If you have additional questions prior to your trip in December, we are always here to help!
