    I was planning to leave our car in the Alamo office next to the Grand Floridan Resort and walk back there. But Google indicates more than an hour walking time (vs 4 min by car). Do you know if it is possible to walk from the Alamo Office to the hotel?

    Hi Milva! I’m really glad that you came to planDisney! Not so long ago, I did exactly what you are planning! I’m happy to help! 

    To start, don’t make the walk from Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa to the Disney Car Care Center! Rather, let Disney do the driving via their complimentary Car Care Center Shuttle Service! Simply call (407)-824-3470 and select option 1 to schedule a date and pick-up time. A driver will meet you at the front entrance of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and drive you to the Car Care Center to get your rental car!

    Milva, if you have any problems scheduling your complimentary pick-up, simply visit the concierge desk in the main lobby at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. They will be able to schedule the complimentary service on your behalf!
     
    My driver was on time, very friendly, and got me to the Disney Car Care Center! I provided a tip to my driver for his exceptional service! I hope your experience runs as smoothly as mine!
