We are planning a last minute trip to WDW around Easter this year due to a wedding on April 7th. I know the park is busiest during breaks but do you have any insight on if it would be better to visit the week before Easter OR after?

    Hi there, Brandy!

Easter Week, in general, is very busy. It's the peak of Spring Break, and pulls lots of people from all over. The Parks are equally busy the week before and the week after, so you can reasonably expect high crowd levels on either side of Easter Week.

That said, you might have better luck going the week before Easter Week; travel will likely begin to tick up mid-week, so you might experience lowered crowd levels towards the beginning of that week, and you can plan on your high-demand activities early in your vacation.

There is, of course, no guarantee that attendance will be as I have described it. It is likely, though, that you'll find crowds on either side of Easter week . Pack your patience and you should have a wonderful time, regardless of the number of vacationers.

    Have a great trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
