We are planning a last minute trip to Disney March 15th - March 20th and are travelling with a 23 month old and a 10 month old. Which Disney hotels have the best kiddie pools/activities for infants/young toddlers?

    Hi Stacy,

There are a lot of resorts in every budget category that have fun pools for small children.  If you're looking to stay at a Value Resort, Pop Century has a kiddie pool located near the Hippy Dippy Pool.  A lot of the resorts now feature zero depth entry pools -- the water gradually gets deeper as you enter the pool.  These are perfect for families with small children.

Another feature that many of the resorts offer is a splash area.  It's not a pool, rather an area where interactive fountains spray.  Some of my favorite resorts with this feature are Caribbean Beach and Contemporary Resort.

Beach Club is fun for children of all ages.  The pool at this resort is like a mini water park, complete with a sandy bottom pool.  Visiting this pool is a bit like spending a day at the beach.  In fact, you can bring your shovels and pail.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
