Hi, Tricia!
We need to get your darling princesses to a Royal meal! There really are no secret ways to get a reservation, but let me give you some suggestions:
-
Check every morning! Because there is a fee for "no show" reservations, you will find open reservations so keep checking. I suggest first thing each morning.
-Be flexible! An early dinner, late breakfast, grab whatever you can. Any meal will surely be magical.
-As an alternative to Cinderella's Royal Table, try booking
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. I actually prefer this Epcot location when dining like royalty! While they serve all day long, breakfast at Akershus is my favorite.
-Another option is dinner at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. Here you dine with Cinderella, Prince Charming, and even the silly Step-Sisters.
-Still no luck? Download the My Disney Experience (free) app on your smartphone. This will allow you to keep checking throughout your vacation for last minute availability.
-Finally, try walking up to the podium. Let the cast member know you are flexible with times and see if they can work any magic. Honestly, I have never had much luck with a walk-up, but I keep on trying!
I hope it works out that you can take your daughters to a magical meal. Even if you cannot get a reservation, check your Times Guide as you enter the Magic Kingdom to see when you can find all the lovely princesses for Meet and Greets. If you need other dining suggestions, let me know. Good luck!
