were planning large family vacation again at dw..we are thinking of staying at the grand kidanni villa..what is the lowest floor available to stay on? the higher the floor, the animals are harder to see.what is the lowest floor that is also a grand villa..

    Hi, Debora!

My family and I just stayed at a Grand Villa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas-Kidani Village this past July and we had the PERFECT location!

We stayed on floors 4 and 5 (Grand Villas at Kidani are two-story) and we were the first villa to the right of the elevators just above Sanaa. Truly, we had the best view, the most convenient location and were just overall thrilled with our Grand Villa. This was our fourth stay at Kidani and, by far, this was our absolute favorite location.

Each morning and afternoon, we could watch food being placed for the animals on the savannah yet we were close enough to the lobby and Sanaa that we were truly only steps away from either one.

When booking, ask the Cast Member assisting you for a location closest to the lobby or elevators, on the 4th and 5th floors, if available. You'll love your location; we truly couldn't have asked for a better spot to call home for our extended family stay as we celebrated my father-in-law's 70th birthday.

Send more questions as you think of them, Debora! I love to help!
