We are planning a large family trip and we will arrive at Disney World in 6 days. Unfortunately a member of our party will not be able to make the trip. Is there any way to change that person on our reservation to someone else?

    Hi Latisia,

Your trip will be here in just a couple of days! I'm glad you took the chance to stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel for assistance with your vacation planning.

I'm sorry to hear that someone in your original travel party is not able to enjoy the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort with you. I recommend that you call (407) 939-5277 to speak with a Travel Planner as soon as possible. Be sure to have your confirmation number handy. Simply explain to them that you need to modify your existing reservation to switch one of the members of the party. The only challenge that you may have is that the tickets are assigned to a specific person and therefore your FastPass+ might not be a seamless swap to the new person. However, once you have changed the name on your lodging reservations, ask them to transfer you to speak with a Cast Member in ticketing. If this doesn't work, I recommend stopping by Guest Relations at the parks once you arrive. They can often add one extra FastPass+ for the new member of your party, especially since the other person is no longer joining you. I hope all of you have a wonderful time together!

    Wishing you magical memories,
