We're planning our kids' (ages 4+2) first Disney trip October 2016. I see the MNNSHP listed as "some nights." When does the MSEP vs MNNSHP happen? I want to plan MK days to see both.

    Hi Beth!

You are planning on enjoying two of my favorite entertainment offerings at Walt Disney World Resort. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a really fun way to celebrate the Halloween season. You will love getting the chance to meet Disney characters in their Halloween costumes, go trick-or-treating throughout the park, enjoy the beautiful decorations and see the amazing special entertainment offered in Mickey's "Boo-To-You" Halloween Parade and Happy HalloWishes fireworks. You are also planning on enjoying Main Street Electrical Parade, which is my favorite nighttime entertainment at Walt Disney World Resort. For me, a visit to Walt Disney World Resort is just not complete without seeing my favorite spinning, glowing ladybug!

The Disney Parks Blog recently announced the dates for this year's Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. While schedules are always subject to change, the Main Street Electrical Parade will run on October evenings where there is no party and Magic Kingdom is open all day for Guests with standard theme park admission. Keep in mind that Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a limited ticket event, so I recommend purchasing your party tickets as soon as you have selected your dates so you can be sure to attend the party on your preferred date.

    T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
