    We are planning to take the Keys to the Kingdom Tour on Tuesday, November 25. Weather Channel is forecasting rain all day that day. Will they still do tour? If not, will they refund or reschedule? Thanks for all the wonderful work you all do!

    Thank you for coming to us with another question. We are thrilled to assist you!

    I am a huge fan of the behind the scenes tours at Walt Disney World. Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour is one of my favorites and I just took it again last month.

    Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour is held rain or shine. It is a 5-hour walking tour and a lot of it is outdoors. If rain is in the forecast, be sure to take an umbrella or poncho with you on the tour. There was a chance of rain on our last tour and our Tour Guide carried an umbrella for himself just in case. Make sure you go prepared.

    Keep in mind that you will forfeit the entire price of your tour if you are a no-show or cancel within 2 days of your reservation. I know that you will love this incredible tour as much as I do.
