The ECV rental locations are typically open as soon as the park opens, including during that
Early Entry time. From my experience, Magic Kingdom opens about 30-45 minutes before the listed Early Entry time. So, I recommend getting to the park early to give yourself the most time possible to scan into the park and make your way over to the ECV rental location.
I also recommend finding a Cast Member upon arrival to let them know you’re there for an early tour and you need to rent a scooter beforehand. They’ll be happy to assist you to make sure you get everywhere you need to.
The good news is that the check-in area for the
Keys to the Kingdom Tour is at Town Square Theater, right near the park entrance. When I went on the tour, there was a small wait time between checking in for the tour and actually going on the tour. So, you could also go check in early and let them know that you’ll need to rent a scooter.
Again, I think the big thing here is to give yourself extra time to ensure you make it to the tour on time…because it’s a good one! It’s one of my favorite things I’ve ever done at Disney World. And I'm so excited that you get to experience it soon!
If you’ll be staying at a
Disney World resort, you can also look into scooter rentals that can be delivered to your resort. That way, you won’t even need to worry about the rental on the day of the tour. Disney’s featured provider, ScooterBug, offers deliveries to the resorts. You can find all of the information on this
