We are planning a Hoop Dee Doo nite during our Apr '14 stay. We will be at the MK that day and will go straight from there to the HDDR. Taking boat to FW. What is best way back to the Yacht Club Resort? Would love to see the Electric Wtr parade???

    Hello Cynthia!

I am glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your questions.  Your evening definitely includes some of my favorite experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort.   What a great way to top off your night after an exciting day at Magic Kingdom Park.

First, let me help with your transportation question following your activities at Fort Wilderness.  To get to Disney's Yacht Club Resort, take a boat directly to Magic Kingdom Park.  From there, transfer to a bus marked for your resort.  You will definitely want to verify the hours of transportation on the night of your visit.  Guest Services can assist you with that upon arrival.

The Electrical Water Pageant is an iconic water display which travels on Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon around the Magic Kingdom area.  Typically, it will pass by Fort Wilderness around 9:45pm.  If Wishes! Nighttime Spectacular is slated for 9pm, however, the schedule will run just a bit later.  Again, I encourage you to check with Guest Services to verify the time that night.  Enjoy!

I wish you a truly magical vacation, Cynthia.
