Hi Erika - welcome to
planDisney!
I'm so glad that you stopped by with your question about
Disney Resorts Collection hotel options for your honeymoon. First off - congratulations on the events that led you to a honeymoon!
Walt Disney World Resort is a perfect place to celebrate, and this October you'll be sharing your honeymoon with the
Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary - a perfectly magical combination!
First off, let me say that I'm going to somewhat ignore your pricing criteria because pricing varies, especially when you consider all the amazing
Special Offers throughout the year! There are room-only offers as well as special savings on entire vacation packages. So, be sure to start your search with Special Offers - you never know what you might find! Also, it's important to keep in mind that most Disney Resorts Collection properties offer a wide range of room types for every budget. For example, my favorite place to call home,
Disney's Riviera Resort, offers Tower Studios perfect for a short couple's weekend, all the way up to a luxurious three-bedroom Grand Villa with more square footage than a typical family home!
I would also base my decision on what types of activities you might want to enjoy during your trip. If you'll be spending much of your time at Magic Kingdom Park, a Monorail Resort provides amazing transportation convenience - consider Disney's
Polynesian Village Resort,
Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, or
Contemporary Resort. Or, if EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios are your favorites, a Resort located on the new
Disney Skyliner system is a great choice, such as
Disney's Riviera Resort.
Lastly, if you are having difficulty finding availability for specific dates online, it can sometimes be beneficial to summon your own Fairy Godparent by
calling and speaking to a Reservations Cast Member. They are experts at finding great options within your budget and date range and can make sure some extra pixie dust is sprinkled on your reservation, making sure Mickey knows you are celebrating!
I hope this information is helpful as you start your planning.
