I am planning my honeymoon for October 2011. Im not sure if the Disney dining plan where you get 1 TS and 1 QS and 1 snack per day would be enough or should we purchase the deluxe? Would be be cheaper to get the disney plan and pay if we run out of meals?

    Hello Emily!

First of all, CONGRATULATIONS on your upcoming wedding!!!!  I know you are going to have so much fun planning your special day AND planning your magical honeymoon at Walt Disney World!!!

You are making a wise choice in using the Disney Dining Plan!  If you are asking my "practical" side this question, I would say stick to the regular Disney Dining Plan.   You will be amazed how much food you will eat on this plan.  Our family will oftentimes have one or two meals still left on our regular Disney Dining Plan.  Now, if you ask my "you only get married once and let's make the most of it" side, I would purchase the Deluxe Dining Plan.  It will definitely give you more options to do fun character breakfasts and awesome dinner shows.  NOTE:  Dinner shows require you to use two Table Service credits per person.

While I have only used the regular Disney Dining Plan with my family, I have heard from others that when you purchase the deluxe plan, you feel like your whole vacation revolves around eating.  Now, if you enjoy eating (and I do!), then this might be a GREAT thing!

I hope this helps in your planning!  If you have other questions, please let me know!

Congratulations, and have a MAGICAL day!
