    Hi, we are planning a holiday in WDW 12/14/11 to 12/24/11. I wanted to make several dining reservations, I have rung the dining number several times however they haven't given me a confirmation number. I have spent 5 hours in total talking! What can I do?

    Hi Asha,

    I cannot understand why you haven't been given any confirmation numbers if you have made some advanced dining reservations (ADRs) with Cast Members over the phone.

    Whenever I have made ADRs over the telephone by calling (407) 939-3463, I have always been given the confirmation number for each individual dining reservation as they have been made.

    Do you have a record of the date, time and location of any of the ADRs which you seem to have made but have no confirmation number for?

    I would recommend that you call and speak with a Cast Member on 001 (407) 939-3463, provide them with your Resort hotel confirmation number and request that they provide you with the confirmation numbers for all ADRs made.

    For future reference, as an international traveller, I always find it much more convenient to make my ADR's online HERE. When ADRs are made online, you receive an e-mail confirmation which includes your confirmation number for each separate reservation.
