I was planning on having a one on one romantic dinner with my husband(child-free), where would you guys suggest?

    Hi Brittany!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

The most romantic restaurant in a theme park is Bistro de Paris in the France Pavilion inside Epcot.  It is a wonderful experience and there are not many children there; this restaurant is basically on top of the more family oriented restaurant Chefs de France. This is really the only restaurant in a theme park that I would recommend for a romantic dinner.

Outside of the parks, you have a lot of choices.  My favorites for a romantic evening are:
    • California Grill on top of the Contemporary Resort
    • Jiko in the Animal Kingdom Lodge
    • Artist Point in the Wilderness Lodge
    • Narcoossee's in the Grand Floridian
    • Citricos in the Grand Grand Floridian

If you want a very fancy dinner and your budget allows, you should look into Victoria and Albert's in the Grand Floridian.  It is an 11 year recipient of the AAA Five Diamond Award.  Dinner takes about 2 and half to 3 hours and all guests have to be at least 10 years old.  This is a favorite restaurant of many guests.  However, it's a little too fancy for my tastes.  Personally, I would go with a reservation at the California Grill.

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
