I am planning a group trip and need help with accommodations .

Hi there and welcome to planDisney! Group Disney vacations can be so much fun! I recently had an amazing trip with a large group of friends, and it was the time of my life! These trips do take a little extra planning though, so let’s start with your accommodations.

Choosing the perfect resort hotel for a large group depends on a number of factors, including group size, budget, and specific needs and wants of the party. Here are few suggestions for resorts that may fit your needs:

    • Deluxe Resorts - Many of the Deluxe Resorts offer rooms with two queens beds and pull-down daybeds that can accommodate a fifth adult. You can also book larger villas at most of these resorts, which can sleep 9 or more Guests, depending on the room type. While these are primarily Disney Vacation Club villas, there are some rooms set aside for cash reservations.

After you make your reservation, you can also request connecting or adjoining rooms at any resort. Although there is no guarantee they will be able to fulfill your request, Cast Members do their best to keep you close together, when possible. You should also consider booking as early as possible for suites because they are popular and tend to book up quickly, especially during busier times of the year.

I hope this helps you as you start making plans for your group trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth! If you have more questions as you start thinking about the other details of your vacation, I would love to help you continue to make a plan that is “practically perfect in every way.” Just send your questions my way, and I’m here to help!

With faith, trust, & pixie dust,
    Casey
