I am planning for a group of 9. I can see their dinner reservations (that don't include me) but they are not showing up on their MDE accounts even after I have assigned their names from my friends & family list. How can they view these?

Heigh-ho Brooke! It's off to Walt Disney World you go - and with quite a crew! As far as I'm concerned, the more the merrier when it comes to vacation.

From one planner to another, I know how much work goes into organizing all of the details for a large group visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth. Each time you make an Advanced Dining Reservation, you receive an e-mail with a confirmation number. For your friends and family to view the reservations from their accounts, you'll need to provide them with the confirmation number for each meal, which they can link to their individual My Disney Experience accounts. If they run into trouble, give the friendly Cast Members a call at (407) 939-4357.

I hope everything goes smoothly so your friends and family can see what delicious delights await them as they begin the final countdown to vacation fun! Have you seen the newest Panel Extras from planDisney? There are some great tips for getting the whole family involved in the planning as well as ideas for what to order at some of our favorite restaurants. Be sure to follow us on social media and check the Disney Parks Blog as your visit approaches. It's the best place to hear about the latest theme park news and attraction updates. My family and I are anxiously awaiting the debut of Remy's Ratatouille Adventure! Thanks again for coming to visit us, Brooke. We look forward to seeing ya real soon!

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
