I am planning to take my grandchildren to disneyworld the week after christmas. My question is the magical hours are they the same days for the same parks.

    Hi Gene,

What a wonderful gift for your Grandchildren!  They will be able to spend time with you in Walt Disney World.  Extra Magic Hours change throughout the days and weeks.  The Park Hours are right now up through October and the hours for December will be up in a couple of months.  Extra Magic Hours are usually either one hour before park open and up to three hours after the park regularly closes, and they are for guests staying on Walt Disney World property.  The theme parks will vary, and usually only one park will have the Extra Magic Hours for the day.  I would encourage you to take advantage of these as you will be coming at a very busy time of the year.  I would also advise you to get to the theme parks at park open especially if you are going to be visiting a park on New Year's Eve.  Please send me a follow up question, Gene, if I can help you further.  Have a magical vacation.
