    We are planning a Grand Gathering experience for our Dec 2009 trip. We are hoping to do the Illuminations International Dinner and Dessert Party. Does Disney have set days of the week they do these experiences on? Thanks!

    Hi Michelle!  I just spoke with a representative from Grand Gatherings.  The Illuminations International Dinner and Dessert Party is done on select dates.  If you have a party of 8 or more guests over the age of 3, your party is eligible for this experience.  Call (407)934-7639 and speak to an agent about registering your party as a Magical Gathering.  A planning specialist will then help you with the necessary arrangements.
