Hi. We are planning to go to WDW resorts by Dec. 22-26, 2012 for the first time and we're bringing with us DS 10, 8 & 3. Any suggestions on the resorts and hotels / package that would not rip our pockets? Thank you.

    Hi Mars,

First, I see you are from Florida, so I advise you to check the Disney website for information on Discounts for Florida Residents.  At this time there is a 3-day Florida Resident Ticket available at a special price.

Next, when you book your vacation package, I recommend you look at the Disney Value Resorts for room values that are economical but will still ensure that you have that same wonderful "Disney experience."  On the same link I posted above for Florida Residents, you will find another link to "find out more" about the Disney Resort Hotels.  You will simply need to provide your zip code and it will take you to the best deals available for you.

Sometimes it is more economical to book your Disney Resort room and Park tickets seperately, rather than in a Magic Your Way Package, especially as a Florida resident.  You will want to compare the pricing, however, to make sure you are getting the best deal all around.

I hope this helps to get you started in planning and budgeting for your trip.  If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to come back and let us know.  We are happy to help you plan the most magical vacation possible to Walt Disney World!
