Hi! We're planning to go to WDW in November 2015 (not during the week of Thansksgiving). I'm not a big fan of Halloween but love Christmas. When will the theme parks be decorated with Christmas decorations? What about the weather at this time of the year?

    Hi Valerie:

Although subject to change every year, Disney typically starts putting up Christmas decorations around the first week of November. By Thanksgiving, expect to see the parks fully decorated for the Holidays. In true Disney fashion, the decorations are generally set up at night, as if by magic. I can't guarantee that decorations in November 2015 will be up during your visit, but depending on the length of your stay, you may start to notice more and more Christmas and Holiday decorations every day where you did not see them the day before.

Weather in November generally hovers in the low 80's (fahrenheit) or upper 70's.  The weather may dip into the 60's or high 50's at night and early morning, so I would bring layers of clothes.  Hurricane season, which starts in the summer, tends to taper off by early October, so hopefully you won't see much precipitation in November.

    Enjoy your vacation.
