    We are planning to go to WDW next April, will mickey´s area opened in magic kingdom? When will it be opened? cheers !!!!!

    Hi Paola!

    I'm assuming you are asking about the new Fantasyland Expansion at the Magic Kingdom?  Basically, Fantasyland is doubling in size.  It's the largest expansion ever at the Magic Kingdom.  Disney fans around the world can't wait for it to open!

    Unfortunately, it's not schedule to open until 2013.  Disney has not announced whether it will open in stages or just open all at once.  However, you can still meet Mickey Mouse at his new home in Town Square at the entrance to Main Street, USA; basically it's on the right as soon as you enter the Magic Kingdom under the railroad!
