we are planning to go to wdw in december. althought we have been before, this is the first time we are looking into the dining plan. can we use 2 quick credits to equal a dining in?

    Hi Karen,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Being able to add one of the Disney Dining Plans is one of the best Perks of Staying at a Disney Resort Hotel.

One fantastic aspect of using the Disney Dining Plans is that you have a great deal of flexibility when redeeming your dining credits. However, using 2 Quick-Service meal credits to get 1 Table-Service meal is not an option at this time. In other words, currently you can only use Table-Service credits for table-service meals.

Most Quick-Service dining locations will accept the exchange of 1 Table-Service entitlement for 1 Quick-Service meal. Since a dessert is not included in the latter, but it is in the former, the restaurant may choose to allow for a dessert along with your Quick-Service meal. Furthermore, Disney owned-and-operated restaurants will generally exchange Quick-Service meal entitlements for Snacks.

The above being said, exchanging Table-Service dining credits for Quick-Service meals is not the most optimal way to redeem Table-Service dining entitlements. If you wish to receive more Table-Service meal entitlements for your family, consider upgrading your meal plan.

I hope you found this information useful, Karen. Please visit us again soon with more Disney vacation planning questions. We will help you discover the true Power of Magic!
