I am planning to go on the WCL in August and I have a 3yr old who is lactose-intolerant with special medical needs. Are there lactose-free milk available? Are there doctors\nurses on board?

    Hi Christine,

Disney Cruise Line is wonderful at accommodating special dietary needs.  When making your reservation please let the agent who is helping you know what the need is.  You can also add this to your reservation on line when you are customizing your cruise.  I am also lactose intolerant.  I've specifically requested Lactaid when arranging my trip, and I've always been accommodated.  Please remember to remind your servers at your first meal.  As for medical attention, each Disney ship does have a physician and nurse on board.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.  I'm happy to help.  Happy sailing!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
