Traci from IL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are planning to go to MNSSHP this year. Our group includes my intellectually disabled daughter who is chronologically 27. Will she be able to Trick or Treat or is it just for kids under a certain age.

Boo to you, Traci, and welcome back to planDisney!

It's been a while since we've heard from you, and I'm so excited to hear you're planning a spooky season romp at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. And what's Halloween without a little trick or treating? If your daughter's heart is set on candy, then it's candy that sweet girl is going to get.

While there are usually age limits on details like who can wear costumes in the parks, on party nights at Magic Kingdom, those rules go right out the window. Your whole party can dress up in your most fabulous costumes, grab treat bags upon arrival at the spooky shindig, and collect as many treats as you can from the marked treat areas around the park. Every year I've attended, the grown-ups walk away with just as much candy as the little ones do, so she'll feel right at home.

Pro-tip: Based on your dates, I'd advise you to grab those tickets right now if you haven't already. Halloween night is already sold out, and I don't want y'all to miss the magic!

Traci, I hope you, your daughter, and the rest of your party have a spooktacular time. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back for another chat. You know where to find us!

    Happy planning!
