Hi Honey Laine!
The
Disney dining plans are a great way to pay for the majority of your dining expenses in advance of your vacation. When you add a dining plan to your vacation package, you will receive one set of dining entitlements per Guest on your reservation who is 3 years old and above for each night of your reservation. Everyone on your reservation must be on the same dining plan, as there is no option to apply multiple plans to a reservation.
Keep in mind that the dining plans provide you with quite a bit of flexibility in how you want to enjoy your meals. Even though your entitlements are allocated based on the number of nights and people on your reservation, you can use your entitlements throughout your stay however you choose as you aren't limited to using one set of entitlements per day or per person. You can flexibly use your entitlements throughout the days and people on your reservation.
So for example, your family could choose to add the
Disney Dining Plan to your reservation, which would give you one table service entitlement, one quick service entitlement and two snacks per person on your reservation who is over 3 years old, per night of your reservation. Since your parents are interested in quick service dining, they could use all of the adult quick service entitlements on your reservation, while you could use their table service entitlements for your meals.
Since your little one is 2 years old, you will not receive dining entitlements for him. He will receive complimentary meals at family style meals and buffets and at other locations, he can share off of your plate or you can pay cash for a meal just for him.
T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
