Hi When planning to go to Epcot family & friends have tokl us to plan on 2 days there due to we have a 11 yr old and 14yr old? We will be at Disney 7 days so we have plenty of time for 2 days at Epcot just was wondering if we really will need 2 days T

    Hi LouAnn!

Honestly, I think you need two days to do any of the parks justice! There is just so so much to do that it's almost impossible to fit it all in!

However, Epcot is the biggest park--it's almost 2 parks in 1. The front park of Epcot is called Future World and has so many amazing attractions--from Test Track to Mission: Space to hands-on activities in Journey into Imagination to tours of gardens in The Land. Some people say kids don't enjoy Epcot because it's "educational" but as a kid I LOVED it...who wouldn't want to go to school at Disney?!

The second part of Epcot is World Showcase which literally showcases the world! You get to experience the sights and sounds (and tastes!) of 11 different countries. I could spend all day wandering through the World Showcase. As children, my brother and I never bought a souvenir there...we just took pictures of ourselves in local costumes. World Showcase holds some of my favorite memories!

So, to make a long answer even longer--YES, if you have the option, do Epcot for 2 days! You will love to explore every bit of it!
