We are planning to go to Disneyland the week of the 14th of November. Will Christmas decorations be up in the park? And what are the hours that week ? fireworks on certain days?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Connie. Thanks for stopping by with your questions.

The holiday season is a magical time to visit the Disneyland Resort. I love the seasonal treats and the peppermint scent wafting through the air as you walk down Main Street, U.S.A. Last year, Holidays at the Disneyland Resort began on November 13 which was slightly less than 2 weeks prior to Thanksgiving. While there has not been any official announcement regarding the dates of Holidays at the Disneyland Resort for 2016, chances are good that you'll be able to enjoy the holiday decorations and offerings during your upcoming November trip.

At this time, entertainment schedule and park hours are only posted through mid-June. Be sure to check on the Disneyland website as it gets closer to your trip. Also, Disney Parks Blog is a great place for official Disneyland news and announcements. Check back soon for information on Holiday celebrations.

I hope this is helpful for you as you continue to plan your Holiday trip to the Happiest Place on Earth in November, Connie. Please write us again if you have further questions.

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
