    Planning to go to Disney World with people who don't own a smartphone or have a Disney Experience account. Will I be able to buy tickets and use Genie+/Lightning Lane/Virtual Queue for them as well as myself all through my own app/account?

     Welcome to planDisney, Gracie. I'm so glad you stopped by with this great question! It's my pleasure to help you plan your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort

     I just love the convenience of the My Disney Experience mobile app. It's magic at your fingertips! With the My Disney Experience mobile app, I can manage my family's reservations, view our Disney PhotoPass photos, request to join the virtual queue for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, view current wait times for fan-favorite attractions, place Mobile Orders, and more! 

     To answer your question, yes, you can absolutely manage the plans of other people in your party who are without smartphones and do not have their own My Disney Experience accounts. As long as you are all linked together in Family & Friends, you can book the next available arrival window for Lightning Lane entry with Disney Genie+, purchase and book individual Lightning Lane entry for attractions that aren't offered through Disney Genie+, and request to join any available virtual queues, all for everyone included on your Family & Friends list (assuming they all have valid theme park admission and the necessary Theme Park Reservations for those plans). To get started, log into your My Disney Experience account. Select "My Family & Friends" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu on the Walt Disney World Resort homepage. Select "Add a Guest" and follow the prompts to add new friends. 

     If you experience any difficulty getting everyone linked to your Family & Friends list on My Disney Experience, I very much encourage you to call the My Disney Experience Team at (407) 939-4357. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! I once was responsible for managing the plans of a 14-person travel party and I had some trouble getting everyone added to my Family & Friends list. I called a Cast Member and she was able to manually access my account and get it all sorted out! It was such a relief.
