Hey Howdy Hey, Steven! It sounds like you’re dreaming of cruising on the Disney Wish, so I’m glad you sailed by planDisney for assistance.
Magic awaits you every evening on your cruise, but without knowing your exact sailing date, it will be hard to uncover the answer you seek. However, when I look at the 4-Night Bahamian cruises departing from Port Canaveral this month, it looks like their
Pirate Night festivities occur on Night 3. Those itineraries also include fireworks at sea, so make sure to stick around after the
Deck Party and fix your eyes on the skies.
Now, if you plan on sailing during one of the themed cruises, like
Halloween on the High Seas or a
Very Merrytime cruise, you can expect extra theme nights. For example, on HOTHS, you’ll not only get to Trick or Treat, but you could see a Mousequerade deck party on Night 2. That would also be the night when everyone (including adults) can wear costumes, as long as they follow
Disney guidelines.
On the other hand, if you’re sailing in November or December on one of the Very Merrytime itineraries, you could experience Mickey & Minnie's Holiday Party on deck on the second night. This is also the evening with an optional “Dress-Up” theme, so you’ll see many families taking that opportunity to have professional portraits made onboard. If that’s something you see yourself wanting to do, I highly suggest pre-ordering the
Unlimited Digital Photo package so you can embrace every photo opportunity and save over the onboard pricing.
I hope this has given you just a glimpse into all the enchantment that awaits you at sea. I invite you to write back to me directly once you have selected your exact dates and itinerary, and I’ll be happy to explore everything on the schedule for you. In the meantime, if any other questions come up, don’t hesitate to float back to us here at
planDisney!
Embrace the magic,
Sami
